West Central Equipment 2025 Calendar Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
We want to see your John Deere featured in our 2025 calendar! This year we are looking for themed photos! We want to see your photos that not only have John Deere Equipment in them, but also fit the following themes:
A planting photo
A patriotic photo
A harvest photo
A Winter/Christmas photo
An Equipment Action photo
Share your best themed photos by using the form provided below for a chance to be featured next year. Please review the contest rules, guidelines, and terms and conditions detailed below. Submissions are due by August 31st.
2. Contest Rules and Guidelines
2.1. Submit photos by using the submission form provided until August 31, 2024. All entries must be received within this time period. No other method of entry will be accepted.
2.2. Submissions must include John Deere Equipment.
2.3. Photos must be original and taken by the entrant. Copyrighted, trademarked, or watermarked photos will not be deemed eligible.
2.4. Photos must be shot horizontally, not vertically, and should not exceed 10MB in size.
2.5. Photos must be high resolution, preferably 300 dpi. Please set your camera to the highest possible resolution to ensure a high-quality file.
2.6. Photos must be full color, not black and white.
2.7. Photos containing anything inappropriate or unsafe will not be considered.
2.8. Limit one submission per person.
3. Winner Selection
3.1. West Central Equipment will choose the best themed photos for each category.
3.2. Selected photos will be posted on Facebook for public voting to determine the winners.
3.3. Winning photos will be featured in our 2025 calendar.
3.4. Winners will receive credit in the calendar for their photos and be awarded a West Central Equipment gift card.
4. Rights and Usage
4.1. West Central Equipment reserves the right to use and re-use all photos submitted for publishing, advertising, and promotion in any medium, including social media.
4.2. West Central Equipment also reserves the right to perform alterations to the photographs post-submission.
4.3. By entering a photo into the 2025 calendar competition, you release West Central Equipment from any claims and demands that may arise out of the use and re-use of your photographs, whether known or unknown, on the date of your submission.
4.4. By submitting photos, you recognize that you are granting, without payment and further approval, West Central Equipment full copyright and trademark privileges of your pictures.
5. Eligibility
5.1. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, or have provided permission of a parent or guardian.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. West Central Equipment is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
6.2. By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless West Central Equipment, its affiliates, and employees from any and all liability arising from their participation or the acceptance of any prize.
7. Privacy
7.1. Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Conditions
8.1. West Central Equipment reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond West Central Equipment's control impair the integrity of the contest.
8.2. Participation in the contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
9.1. The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By submitting a photo, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
