Centralized Parts & Service Support

Centralized parts and service support is available to keep your business moving. We understand the importance of productivity in the field or on the job site, and we value your business' bottom line. That's why we offer various options to make it easier for you to do business with us.

Simply call any location and dial "NOW" (669) to be connected to our Centralized Road Tech Dispatch. During business hours, select Option 1, and outside of business hours, select Option 3. If you need help after hours, call any store and dial "NOW" (669) to access our parts, service, and precision farming support. Choose from Options 2 to 5.

This support is available until 9pm on weekdays and until 6pm on Saturdays as well. You can conveniently look up, check in-store availability, and order parts directly through our Online Parts Portal on our website. Additionally, you can text any store phone number 24/7 and include videos/pictures of your issue while also requesting a live video chat with a WCE Expert!

After-Hours Parts

After-Hours Parts provides assistance to keep a customer running. Call the number below for after-hours parts support Monday through Friday 5pm - 9pm; Saturday, 12pm - 6pm.

PARTS AFTER-HOURS FEE OF $75: For the use of this service, the fee is $75. Your call will be answered or returned. Our staff will check availability of part(s) needed. Parts purchased are billed at regular prices.

After-Hours Service

After-Hours Service is for repairs that can be made in a timely manner to keep a customer running. Repairs that would take more than a few hours will be scheduled with the Service Manager the following morning. Call the number below for after-hours support Monday through Friday 5pm - 9pm; Saturday, 12pm - 6pm.

  • $150 EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL Plus $170 per hour.
  • PLUS PARTS AFTER-HOURS FEE OF $75: If a Parts Salesperson must come to the store to pull parts.
  • SERVICE BY PHONE FEE OF $75: Customers who receive After-Hours service advice by phone (no on-site service call) will be charged a $75 fee.
