West Central Equipment is committed to providing our customers with the service and support needed to maximize the use of their AMS equipment and keeping customers on the leading edge of John Deere, Ag Leader, and Hardi’s Precision Ag technology. To do so we are offering three AMS Service Agreements. These agreements were designed to assist our AMS customers in maintaining and receiving the extra value out of AMS products.

Meet Tony Miller

Tony has been in the Ag business for since he was a little boy, and knew that when he grew up that he wanted to continue his passion for the land so he graduated from the College of Agricultural Sciences at Penn State University. In his free time, he currently owns and operates a small family farm. Tony is dedicated to ensure your crops are growing at full capacity and your technology is always up to date! Gold Package

  • Software updates for GreenStar components twice a year (Winter and summer)
  • On-farm visits twice per year, including the following:
    • 1. Setup GreenStar/Ag Leader components for planting, application, and harvesting
    • 2. Evaluate GreenStar/Ag Leader components for potential problems
    • 3. Renew SF2/SF3 subscriptions (customer must provide means of payment)
    • 4. Answer any potential precision ag related questions
    • 5. Answer or help with any questions on Apex, MyJohnDeere, or SMS
  • Unlimited phone & email support

Silver Package

  • Software updates for GreenStar components once per year (winter or summer)
  • One On-farm visit per year, including the following:
    • 1. Setup GreenStar/Ag Leader components for planting, application, or harvesting
    • 2. Evaluate GreenStar/Ag Leader components for potential problems
    • 3. Renew SF2/SF3 subscriptions (customer must provide means of payment)
    • 4. Answer any potential precision ag related questions
  • Unlimited phone & email support on all AMS products

Bronze Package

  • For all General precision ag Support which may include but is not limited to the following:
    • 1. Setup precision ag components for planting and harvesting
    • 2. Evaluate precision ag components for potential problems
    • 3. Answer any potential AMS related questions
